Optrafair has been long considered an important part of the calendar, and offers the chance to ‘be immersed in the latest clinical thinking and business advice, get hands on with new products and equipment and learn more about the next season fashion trends from style experts’.
This year, as well as being on the look out for new products, saying hello to familiar faces and seeing the latest in new equipment, we were also investigating practice management software of which there was plenty of information to digest.
We listened to a great talk on social marketing on the Optimed stand whilst simultaneously drinking one of their cocktails – a Bloody Shambylopia and a Macula Mojito amongst others!
We also sampled some rather nice waffles on the Hakim Group stand, and Matthew got a chance to have a go in the above wind machine on the Boots stand.
Optrafair was an excellent opportunity to keep up to date with all things happening in the profession , and we look forward to next years show.
