Full Hearing Test

Our comprehensive hearing test includes a quick ear check for blockages or wax, followed by a Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA) test to assess your hearing at various pitches and volumes. If needed, we'll also conduct a Bone Conduction (BC) test and, in some cases, a Speech in Noise test to evaluate your hearing in noisy environments. While there is a small fee for this service, we’re committed to making your hearing care as accessible and easy as possible.

Got your hearing aids from a different supplier? No problem at all! At Dipple and Conway, we’re here to help with our Hearing Aid Service Plan, no matter where you purchased your devices. As long as your hearing aids are under 5 years old (and not from the NHS), we’ve got you covered. Our service plan includes everything you need to keep your hearing aids in top condition, so you can enjoy clear, reliable sound every day. Let us take care of your hearing needs, even if you didn’t buy your aids from us we’re here to support you every step of the way!
