I cannot rate Dipple & Conway highly enough!. From the very moment you walk through the door you are guaranteed to receive a warm welcome from all the staff and made to feel valued. There is no hard sell and the staff are attentive and so helpful. I wanted to buy new frames and the assistant who helped me was marvellous. I also signed up to their vision care plan which represents great value for money and I got 25% off my frames and lenses on the spot which was an unexpected bonus!. The selection and quality of frames are also superb and you get what you pay for. Very impressed!.

I had my free hearing check today whilst I was having an eye check up. It is so handy being able to get two things crossed off from my ‘to do’ list in one place. Oli was very charming and I felt at ease. He obviously knew his subject very well and I would recommend going to see him.

I had an excellent experience with Dipple and Conway. I always find it hard to decide what new pair of glasses suits me and their staff are so good at refining my choices to a couple that look good. Of course they do always do an excellent and in depth check of my eyes so I know if there is anything that needs to be monitored.

While traveling through Norwich recently my glasses needed repairing. I popped into Dipple & Conway who fixed my glasses [saving my trip ☺️👓] with excellent and friendly service. Between their service and their exciting, stylish selection of frames I would definitely become a regular customer….. if I lived on ‘this side of the pond’. 🤣

I really can't say enough about this opticians from the moment we walked in the staff were all very very friendly there was absolutely no pressure into buying their frames and lenses the whole buying options was very very relaxed and the choice of frames was exceptional, The manager Maciek was fantastic. Honestly I cannot fault anything about Dipple And Conway at all .I'd 100% recommend this opticians to anybody .

Dipple and Conway were previously recommended to me, but I was not willing to pay what I considered to be their rather high prices. What a mistake that was!!! Three years later, after various eye tests, three different opticians, five pairs of badly/incorrectly made varifocals and months of arguing over refunds with cheaper providers, Dipple and Conway have just delivered THE most amazing pair of glasses in one week! Their service - from start to finish - has been outstanding.
The lesson learned? You really do get what you pay for and I could have saved so much time, effort and eye-strain by coming to this company in the first place. I am visiting again this week to order sunglasses. The overall costs? Approximately 20% more than anywhere else for 100% better outcomes across the board. It’s a no brainer.
